As the owner, Emily thrives in her role as a mentor, empowering her team of stylists to build careers that are not only successful but also aligned with their personal goals and passions outside the salon. Beyond Ra’pôr, Emily’s world is centered around her two incredible teenagers, who keep her inspired and grounded. A daughter who is pursuing a career in the arts, and a son who has a strong passion for leadership. She has an adventurous spirit and a love for traveling, meeting people from all walks of life, and exploring the world’s endless possibilities. A dedicated yoga practitioner, she finds balance and clarity on the mat, bringing that sense of mindfulness and curiosity into her approach to both life and business.
