Gift Card Policy

Ra'pôr Salon & Barber gift cards are the perfect way to treat yourself or someone special to our exceptional services. Please note the following terms:

• Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
• They may be used for any service or product offered at Ra'pôr Salon & Barber unless otherwise specified.
• Lost or stolen gift cards will not be replaced. Please treat them as you would cash.
• Gift cards do not expire unless explicitly stated at the time of purchase.

Cancellation and No-Show Policy

At Ra'pôr Salon & Barber, we strive to provide outstanding service to every client, which includes honoring your scheduled appointment times. To ensure fairness and protect the livelihoods of our stylists and barbers, we have established the following policy:

• Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the service value.
• No-shows (failing to appear for an appointment without prior notice) will also be charged 50% of the scheduled service fee.
• We understand that emergencies happen. Exceptions to this policy may be made for unforeseen circumstances, such as medical emergencies, if sufficient documentation (e.g., a doctor’s note) is provided.
